Depending on your needs we can provide prompt standby support to repair faults as you notice them or comprehensive support which will fix problems before affecting you. The comprehensive support package also includes regular on site health checks to diagnose and resolve problems early and check your backups are working.
Elbourn Computer Services also provide prompt fixed price repairs and upgrades to existing installations. For example to replace a faulty network card in a PC would cost £50 call out and £10 for the part and regardless of the actual time taken.
Elbourn Computer Systems supports the NSPCC (National Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children). 10% of the first labour costs fee is donated to the charity.
